She is passionate about using philanthropy and the social sector to build equitable spaces and enhance justice. She is a people-centered leader who brings a strong balance of joy and warmth, with rigor and excellence.

With so much chaos happening in the world and in our sector, I found myself leaning more towards joy as a pursuit and a need. In reflecting on my career, I saw a throughline of me being an instrument for joy cultivation- in convenings, conferences, celebrations, workshops, learning opportunities, communities of practice, holiday parties, milestones… I was going to make sure joy was embedded in the work. And we as a sector need that focus right now and always.
